PRIZE
The
prize is one Just Jen crystal rhinestone tee of your choice,
however, Just Jen may refuse to execute any specific custom
design at its sole discretion.
Prizes are not transferable. All prizes are awarded
“AS IS” and without warranty of any kind, expressed or implied.
HOW TO ENTER
Entries
may only be submitted directly through the JustJen.com website.
ELIGIBILITY
The
drawing is only eligible to those who are residents of the
United States, except where prohibited by law, and are 18
years of age or older.
The drawing is limited to one entry per household.
WINNER
SELECTION
Winners
will be notified by email within 5 days of their name being
randomly selected as a winner. Only the original recipient
of that email is eligible to win. Winners will be required
to return, by email, their request for the tee shirt desired
within 5 days of the initial contact date.
Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the prize.
Just Jen is not responsible for late, misdirected or damaged
communication of any kind including computer failure. All
decisions are final. By accepting the prize, winners agree
that Just Jen shall have no liability for, and shall hold
all such parties harmless against damage, loss or injury that
may arise in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from
the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of prizes or participation
in this drawing.
OTHER
CONDITIONS
Entry
to the contest constitutes permission to post winners’ names
and hometown address for purposes of advertising without further
compensation by Just Jen.
By entering your e-mail address and leaving the opt-in
boxes checked, or by checking opt-in boxes, you have agreed
to receive information by email from JustJen.com.
Just Jen reserves the right to suspend or cancel the
crystal rhinestone tee drawing without notice and is not responsible
to select a winner on any given day in the event of technical
or equipment failures, such as computer online systems failing,
servers and/or provider services go down, or human error in
connection with the sweepstakes, etc. Just Jen may disqualify
or prohibit entrants from participating in the drawing for
any reason at Just Jen’s discretion and without notice.
