order is shipped standard shipping will typically take 2-3 days
to reach you (however, it is not guaranteed). The only guaranteed delivery is 2-Day or Overnight shipping. Shipments outside the U.S. can take substantially more time (see shipping below).

shipping is $5.00 for any number of items (U.S. only). Orders

What garment styles are available? |

All of our rhinestone designs can be applied to our full selection of garment styles, including t-shirts, hoodies, sweatpants, aprons, caps, etc. You can view all of the styles from our styles page. Please call us if you do not see what you want, we can often accomodate special requests. |

Will the rhinestones fall off the garment? |

All
of our products are quality guaranteed. It is very rare
for crystals to come loose from the shirts. If this does
happen, we will be happy to replace or repair defects
from normal wear - quality guarantee. |

What is the return policy? |

Due
to the many color selections available, all products are
made-to-order. As a result, there is a $10.00 re-stocking
fee. However, for custom and personalized products, we
cannot accept merchandise returns - return
details. All requests for returns or exchanges must be made within 14 days from receipt of the products. Please also check our policies section for more details. |

What are the washing instructions? |

We
recommend that garments be turned inside out before washing
(hand or machine), using cold water (no bleach) and low
heat in the dryer. Please do not dry clean. |

We offer a 15% discount for orders more than $150 - use
code GROUP15. There is also a 15% discount for bridal
shirts more than $100 - use code BRIDE15. The coupon code
is entered on the second page of Checkout, on the same
