Turnaround Time:
Orders are manufactured and shipped within 1-3 days of ordering.  Please contact us if you require your tee by a specific date.   

If your item that is backordered, you will be contacted by email or telephone.

Domestic Shipping (all fifty states, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands):
1 items - $6.00 via US Priority Mail
2 items - $8.00 via US Priority Mail
3 items - $10.00 via US Priority Mail

FREE Basic Shipping on all retail orders over $75.00, before tax and shipping, (shipping to only one address).

US Priority Mail takes 2-4 business days, but is not guaranteed.  You will be sent an email with a tracking number once your package has been shipped.

Additional charges may be added if an incorrect shipping option is selected (for example, Free Shipping is selected on an order totalling less than $75). We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been documented as delivered.

International Shipping:
We ship to most European countries, Canada, Australia and Japan starting at $20.00, select the "International Option" at checkout.  Allow 2-3 weeks for delivery of international shipments. Please contact us regarding any additional shipping questions.

Wholesale Orders:
Wholesale orders will have shipping charges added to the price estimate.

Returns & Exchanges:
Due to our wide selection of crystal and shirt colors and styles, each of our crystal rhinestone products is specially made-to-order per your specifications. As a result, there is a $10.00 re-stocking fee for all merchandise returns.

However, if the product is a custom or personalized with a name or other information, we cannot accept merchandise returns. Shipping charges are not re-imburseable.

Product Sizing:
Ours tees are 100% cotton and are styled for a fitted look, please keep this in mind when selecting your size - when in doubt, we often recommend customers to order one size up. If you are in doubt, please contact us, so we can help you get the proper size.

Product Quality Guarantee:
All of our products are quality guaranteed. It is very rare for crystals to come loose from the shirts.  If this does happen, we will be happy to replace or repair any defects from normal wear.

We recommend that the shirt be turned inside out before washing (hand or machine), using cold water (no bleach) and low heat in the dryer - this will insure they look their best for a long time!  Please do not dry clean.

Packaging:
All of our tees are packaged in either a pink organza bag or black box with tulle ribbon (depending upon size) - ready for gift giving! If you would like a gift message to accompany the product, please send an email with your order number and message to info@justjen.com.

Payment:
We accept American Express, Discover, Mastercard and Visa. 

We also accepts payments in the form of money orders, cashier's checks and personal checks (7-10 days to clear).  Just print a copy of your "Checkout" page and include that with your payment and mail  to:
