Shipping

  • What are the US shipping rates and options?

    Please check our shipping rate section for all services and prices.

  • How fast can I get my order?

    All orders placed before 4 PST will ship the following business day. This includes personalized designs with names. Time to reach you is determined by the shipping method you select.

    Please contact us for production times on wholesale orders or custom logo designs.

  • Do you offer free shipping?

    Yes, on retail orders more than $100 we offer Free Economy shipping (wholesale orders pay shipping). Enter code FREESHIP in the promotion code field during checkout. Free Shipping is always sent by Economy delivery. Free Shipping only applies to orders shipping within the United States.

    Note: If you select rush shipping and apply the FREESHIP coupon, your order will be downgraded to economy shipping.

  • Do you ship internationally?

    Yes. We ship to Canada, Europe, Australia and Japan. Select Global Shipping for all international shipments. If you do not select the correct shipping method for international shipments, your order will be held until we can reach you regarding additional shipping charges.

Styles & Sizes

  • What garments are available?

    Each rhinestone or printed design is available on a variety of garment styles, colors and sizes. Please visit our garment styles page for more detailed information. If you need a style not shown, please contact us to see if we can obtain it through our suppliers.

  • How are the garments sized?

    Each of the garment styles is sized differently, so please check the exact size information for the style you are ordering. In general, our fitted garment styles run very small, similar to junior sizes, and our unisex styles run very large.

  • How do I care for garments?

    All garments may be machine washed in the gentle cycle, please turn the garment inside out. Like colors should be laundered together. Zippers from other garments washed with the shirts may pull and snag the delicate shirts. Garments may shrink substantially in hot water.

    It is best to line dry the items to avoid shrinkage.

Return Policy

  • What is your return policy?

    Due to the many color selections available, many products are made-to-order. For custom and personalized products, we cannot accept merchandise returns. For non-custom items, there is a $10.00 re-stocking fee per item and shipping charges are not reimbursable. There is a maximum of 2 returned items per order. All requests for returns or exchanges must be made within 7 days from delivery of the products. All exchanged merchandise must be unworn and in re-saleable condition to qualify for a return. Bikini bottoms are not returnable, due to hygiene issues.

  • Is it possible to return or exchange customized products?

    Unfortunately not. We consider customized products to be any item with any personalization, such as a name, initial or symbol that is added to a garment. It is best to call us and discuss any questions before you place a custom order.

  • How do I return or exchange an item?

    Please call us to receive a return authorization code before you send it back to us.

Custom & Personalization

  • Can you create my logo or design?

    We can translate your logo or design into a rhinestone or printed garment, however, we do not create logos or designs. Submit your logo or design through our wholesale price request form.

  • How do I get started on a custom design?

    First, you need to decide whether your design can be created with through our online form with letters and symbols, or if you need to contact us for a quote on a custom logo or graphic. If you have questions, feel free to call us.

  • Do you offer discounts for group orders?

    Yes. We offer a 15% discount for orders more than $150 - use code GROUP15. There is also a 15% discount for bridal shirts more than $100 - use code BRIDE15. The coupon code is entered on the second page of Checkout, on the same page where shipping options are selected. We have wholesale pricing available for orders of more than 15 pieces per design, and also for retail stores looking to carry our products. Please contact us for wholesale pricing.

    You may only use 1 code per order.

Order Tracking

  • How do I track my package?

    When we ship your order an email is automatically sent you to with the tracking information. For packages shipped by Economy and Standard methods, go to usps.com and enter the tracking code. For packages shipped by 2-Day or Overnight Guaranteed, go to Fedex.com.

    We cannot be responsible for incorrect email addresses on your order form.
