When you visit our site, or shop at our store for crystal rhinestone shirts and other merchandise, you accept these conditions of use: * It takes 1-2 business days (M-F) to create and ship your order. After your order is shipped standard shipping will typically take 2-3 days to reach you (however, it is not guaranteed). The only guaranteed delivery time is 2-Day or Overnight shipping.

Economy and Standard shipping are available to all 50 states, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands. Please allow 1 extra day outside the contiguous states.

FREE Economy Shipping on all retail-priced orders over $100, before tax and shipping, (shipping to only one address) - USE coupon code FREESHIP in the checkout process. Free Shipping does NOT apply to Fedex 2-Day, Fedex Overnight or Global Shipping. Free Shipping is not available on wholesale orders.

Additional charges may be added if an incorrect shipping option is selected (for example, 1 item is selected on an order with more than 1 item). We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been documented as delivered.

International Shipping:
We ship to most European countries, Canada, Australia and Japan starting at $20.00, select the "International Option" at checkout. Allow 5-10 days for delivery of international shipments. Please contact us regarding any additional shipping questions.

Wholesale Orders:
Wholesale orders will have shipping charges added to the price quote.

Purchases made on JustJen.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. The risk of loss and title pass to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier. If the product is custom or personalized with a name or other unique content, we cannot accept merchandise returns.

Due to our wide selection of crystal and shirt colors and styles, each of our crystal rhinestone products is specially made-to-order per your specifications. For custom and personalized products, we cannot accept merchandise returns. For non-custom items, there is a $10.00 re-stocking fee per time for all merchandise returns. There is a maximum of 2 item exchanges per order. All returned merchandise must be unworn and in re-saleable condition to qualify for a return. All requests for returns or exchanges must be made within 7 days from receipt of the products.

Return shipping charges are not re-imburseable.

All of our products are quality guaranteed. It is very rare for crystals to come loose from the shirts.  If this does happen, we will be happy to replace or repair any defects from normal wear.

We recommend that the shirt be turned inside out before washing (hand or machine), using cold water (no bleach) and low heat in the dryer - this will insure they look their best for a long time!  Please do not dry clean

All of our tees are packaged in a pink organza bag - ready for gift giving! If you would like a gift message to accompany the product, please send an email with your order number and message to info@justjen.com. We accept American Express, Discover, Mastercard and Visa. We also accepts payments in the form of money orders, cashier's checks and personal checks (7-10 days to clear). Just print a copy of your "Checkout" page and include that with your payment and mail to:
