The shirt styles are fitted and run small (similar to junior sizes), so if in doubt, order one size larger. Shirts are not pre-shrunk, and will shrink after washing, up to 1 size.The chest and waist measurements are the circumference of your body; shirt length is measured from the shoulder to the bottom of the garment.
